The service was great but the waiting facility is
The service was great but the waiting facility is scruffy. Needs a paint job. The bathrooms we’re out of order, both men and women! No allowances or apologies. I was there for about 3-1/2 hours waiting for my car to be repaired and had to ask to use the mechanics toilet which was filthy! Popcorn machine not working, no cold water bottles. Happy with the service on the car but Client care obviously not a priority. Just not what it used to be.

The staff at the dealership was also great. I got a great deal on a ridgeline that I will use for work.
