The salesman was great! The dealership building was not customer friendly. There was never any offer to make the waiting time comfortable...such as a lounge area with refreshments, comfortable chairs or easy access to restrooms. The service area did offer a more pleasant environment for those awaiting service. Time for an updated facility for car sales. Perhaps that is what the new building will be?
