I bought a used car on 11/3/25 from Brian through his ad on Marketplace. All went well with the sale and his cooperation, 5 stars. I learned it had no heat on my way home. The next day I called Brian Delgado and told him this and asked if he can put me in touch with a mechanic to give me advise as to how i could fix this problem. I can do my own work but would like to have been put in the right direction. He said he would try. Well it has been 2 weeks with no reply!!!!!!! One star, thanks Brian!!

After experiences at other dealers, I go back to Frederick Ford, they take the pain out and make the whole process easy and friendly! What a pleasant experience.. Ray Brozzetti was the best!
