A pleasant buying experience

My wife recently purchased a car from Ken Garff Honda. We had the pleasure of working with Jake Folkerson and Mary Woodward, who were very pleasant to deal with. I'm a person that is difficult to sell a car to, but Jake was very patient and understanding. In my opinion, he went beyond expectation in finding my wife the right car. Mary couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in processing the financing and paperwork, than she was. My wife has been with me a few times as she sat in on the negotiation process, and was reluctant to take the lead. But she was pleasantly surprised with the outcome which was better-than- she expected, and not nearly as bad as she thought it might be. We've had the pleasure of knowing and being friends with the Garff family for many years, and have relied on there goodness, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile in finding her the perfect car - my wife couldn't have been more pleased. If you haven't had the experience of working with good, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable, sales and management people when buying a car, new or used, I would recommend them highly as a friendly, and dependable, no strings attached, car family to deal with. Great experience buying a car.

"Fast" Eddie Jeppsom was wonderful to work with. He made me aware of all options, helped me think through perceived obstacles. He did not pressure me at all. He was like a friend discussing possibilities.

Comfortable Convenience

Shaun Stahle, at Ken Garff Honda, was more like a friendly well-spoken guide than a sales person. From the initial test drive to arriving home with our new CR-V the whole experience was pretty flawless. We will enjoy this vehicle for years to come. Thanks Shaun, and thanks Ken Garff.
