Good Quick Lane service. Kim and Kelly are always very polite and helpful. I do have a curiosity. On occasion, I call in to make an appointment for an oil change and checkup. When I do this, I am told to "just come in". Last time, when I just came in, I was asked if I had an appointment. Hmm. . . nope - I tried to make one but was told to just come in. I was then informed that it may be a 45 minute wait before they get to my vehicle. Can someone explain this to me? Thank you for caring.

Very accomodating!
We were able to move our appointment time up earlier, as we live many miles away. They were so accomodating, and we really appreciated it. Sometimes schedules need to be adjusted, and they were very helpful.
