They were extremely helpful in getting me scheduled for the following day, and they reserved a rental car for me, so I didn't have to worry about having a car to drive to work. They also explained what they were doing before they worked on it, after they worked on it, and also explained it in more detail when I picked it up, to give me preventative suggestions for the future.
