The buying process with Bourne Auto and Jose Garcia was incredibly smooth. I appreciate that they have all of their inventory clearly listed online so you know exactly what to expect when you get to the lot. Jose made the process incredibly easy by having all of the cars I wanted to test ready when I arrived. He was happy to work with my to get some minor fixes done (free of charge) before I could pick up the vehicle. I worked with Shawn on the paperwork and financing. He helped walk me through all the paperwork clearly and quickly. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold on unnecessary features. Genuinely a very easy buying process with fantastic pricing.
