(We even changed our mind at the last minute and they were willing to work with us to get us the car we wanted.) We appreciated not feeling pressured or steered in a particular direction. At the same time, we felt they were straightforward and transparent throughout the transaction. The no-haggle pricing policy was appealing to us too. Would definitely recommend to other buyers.
