Great Service!

Bought a used Porsche Cayman S on a Sunday and they were all very helpful. This dealership provided great service. The overall process from checking out the car to signing the contract was very straightforward and very informative. Needless to say, we are very happy with the purchase.

They worked with us and got us what we needed

We had a good experience at this dealership. David and everyone else that assisted us were all very helpful and understanding of what we wanted and our situation. Will definitely come back once our lease is up on this truck.

Excellent Experience

Had a great sales experience purchasing my new camry. I did my online reasearch showed up to the dealership and had just an amazing experience in this new facility. Every employee was very helpful and made you feel so comfortable! Definitely going back to west Coast Toyota for my future business!

Fast and Easy

I did not go into West Coast with the intention to buy, I was just trying to get some more numbers to compare locations. West Coast made the process so easy and gave us a great deal on our 2017 Tacoma. We could not be happier. Thank you Javier for the help!

They were super helpful and patient! Going in to Toyota for an estimate for a new tire not expecting to leave with a brand new car! Woo hoo so excited

Bad customers service

Worst experience ever. Called several times back to back because they hang me up. Made excuses like we lost dial tone. Was ask to come in and then told not available come back tomorrow. Really inconvenience. Did not get my situation resolve. Hope this message gets to the top. Yes, I'm a customer who purchased a vehicle in 10/2016. Would not recommend.

Great Dealership

Coffee machine area was clean and coffee was great. The staff here is very friendly, i was a little lost but was guided to service department, by the receptionist joysilyn .
