Over $1k in repairs shortly after purchasing. Contacted Bradley, asked him to make it right, and he didnt respond. I have had issues with my vehicle on a consistent basis. I recommend buying elsewhere. ........................

The customer service was good and we felt that we got a great deal the day we drove off the lot. We had extra confidence with "Gold Star" plan we purchased (5 year, most expensive, should Have provided peace of mind). Just outside of 1 month and our new to us truck is already in the shop and to boot the "Gold Star" plan is making our mechanic wait 24 hrs to see of its Approved for repair? Was told that with other companies only takes about an hour. Good thing we're not out of State with our vehicle! Not so sure anymore if we made a good choice. The service guy at Auto Haus didn't seem to care too much about the fact that we were already experiencing issues. Not pleased! I will say, Brad and Phil really were pleasant to work with, we're just disappointed with the issues we're seeing with the vehicle and in reading into them, this could be the start of an ugly repair processes that may cost us a lot more than what this "Gold Star" plan may cover. Buying that plan seemed sensible, but there are other plans out there that are less expensive with faster and better customer service.

I bought a 2009 GMC Sierra SLE. The truck had some major issues that started when I pulled it in my driveway after purchase. Auto Haus was very good about helping us to get these issues fixed. Luckily I bought the Gold Standard extended 5yr warranty and they covered most of it. Auto Haus also help with some of the finances of the repair which I'm grateful for.

Everyone at Auto Haus was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and they made my car buying experience a real pleasure. The only difficult part was deciding on which vehicle to buy because they have such a great selection to choose from. I bought an Audi A6 and have been very pleased with my purchase. I did have a couple of minor issues - blown fuse, etc. after I drove the Audi off the lot, and their in house mechanic, Joe, and his crew took care of things immediately, without any fuss or charge. This type of prompt, attentive, friendly service is what I received from everyone I dealt with at Auto Haus. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

The whole dealership was extremely helpful on helping me pick out my first car. I am not in any way a car person, and they were able to help me find a car, test drive it and close all within the day and my price range. Extremely happy overall.
