The customer service reps are always above reproach. They give service with a smile. The price is often what you like but that’s the price of owning a hybrid. The facility normally has snacks which is something that I missed considering the amount of time that I spent at the facility for the service nor did I receive my complimentary wash. Otherwise everything was great as always
