Super Service!
I always am pleased with the service at Bob Richards Toyota. This time I had managed to break my seatbelt buckle. They are always so nice. My representatives and agents were really helpful and they got me in and out of there fast and my seatbelt works great now. It is a very nice place to wait as well… Very clean and Covid-safe

No surprise visit
Not having surprises is a big deal. I have come to expect excellent service from BR Toyota. Mizel Ford is fine. GJ Honda is S L O W. Milton Ruben- the worst in 45 years of driving. BR Toyota has yet to disappoint me. FAST and done right- the first time. Clean and roomy area to wait (to include an outside covered area).

David explained everything I forgot I had on my car when I purchased it 5 mths ago! Had me in and out well before an hour! It was 5 star service..he deserves a raise!

Great service
I had to take my Tacoma in for a recall. The service department was very prompt and took my car as soon as I pulled in. David helped me out. He told me it would be a few hours so I left with my wife. David called to notify me that my truck was still under Toyota care, (only for a few more miles) and asked if I wanted the oil changed and tires rotated for free. I really appreciated the phone call, as I know this was something he didn’t have to do. I will definitely be going back I need service, and will certainly check out their sales department as well.

Pretty shady
Received a coupon from bob richards Toyota in north Augusta, SC for an oil change for $29. I made an appointment and took my car in. Upon arrival, the customer service rep tried to sell me an 80k mile service. When I asked what was included, it was apparent she didn’t know what she was talking about. I politely declined. When my oil change was finished, she said that my car required synthetic oil for a $10 up charge. I had not approved the use of synthetic, but grudgingly accepted it. When I got home, I checked the oil and found it just barely above the “fill” line. I also noticed that both the manual and oil cap specified 5W-30. Synthetic oil was not specified by the manual. The dealership put in 0W-20. I called the service department twice to discuss getting the right oil in the car and getting my $10 back. Neither call was returned. After a week I decided to change the oil myself. They appear to have slipped significantly since I bought the car from them new.

Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They...
Worst service ever in 35 years of owning a Toyota. They replaced a tail light. The turn signal & reverse light did not work after I got it home. The light did not even look like the other one. Had to make appt to get it fixed. Checked before I left, yep it looked the same as other light and worked. Again after I got home realized the rear bumper is not flush on one side (the bumper is remover to replace the light). So I contacted the Service Manager, Desaray, and I am to contact her as to when I can bring it in AGAIN. Contacted early in the morning, left VM. No return Csll. Called again before lunch and Receptionist said she would carry the message directly to her. And here it is over an hour later and no return call. Looking now for another dealership to do my service and purchase my next car. And because of this experience may not be a Toyota. Service Manager’s name is spelled Desiree.

Excellent service! Care and concern for their customers was very appreciated. Everyone wore masks and folks came out to greet you so you didn’t even have to go in except to pay.
