Scott and Tim did fantastic and their customer service
Scott and Tim did fantastic and their customer service was outstanding. Have worked with Scott several times over the years and he is always there to help us find the exact vehicle that we are looking for. Tim mastered the paperwork assistance as the 3 of us finalized the new truck. Just have to say, if you need or even want a vehicle today go and find Scott and Tim they will hook you up in no time at all. They provide you the service you deserve and are friendly, full of information and will answer all the questions that you have. They even set up all the technology for those of us who are a little older and slower at catching on to these app things. Thanks again and we will spread the word across the state. Chris and Vic

Really pleased with my experience, they asked pertinent questions and were really thorough, even checked out something I was concerned about and didn't charge me anything extra. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back if I can't do the work myself!

Did not fix my fuel gauge problem.
Did not fix my fuel gauge problem. The fuel gauge does not go above 3/4 tank and. Not sure if it is stick again at 3/4 because have only driven it about 50 miles.

We recently went to test drive vehicles with the intention of testing other makes and models at competitors. When we walked into Rhinelander GM, Kaden greeted us at the door and was eager to answer any questions we might have. We test drove a similar vehicle that we were looking for and were pleased with it, however it was used and we were looking to buy new. After further checking their inventory, they had a new version there. We left the lot with the intention of testing other vehicles. Ten minutes later, we called Kaden back to let him know we were turning around to head back to the dealership to finalize our purchase with him. Not only did Kaden sell us our new vehicle, he followed us back to our home, a 45 min trip one way, to grab the extra fob and the title for our trade in. We are extremely happy working with Rhinelander GM. If you are looking for a great sales person, ask for Kaden! You will not be disappointed!!
