This was, without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with car dealership. Every detail was handled professionally. I feel more secure than ever that I got a sound vehicle at a very good price. We will be telling others in the Hayward area about this also. As for our salesperson, Kristen Reed..we'll let's just say my grandaughter and I wanted to bring her home with us! Outstanding service. Knowledge technicians and everything automated with text updates and videos. Informed of opportunities but no upselling pressure on repairing additional items. Been utilizing this store for years and they mention continuity of managers which illustrates a great place to work and the customer service reflects in the people and the service. WOW.

I had a few issues upon delivery that Rhinelander GM made right immediately! The lady in the office was so kind and great at her job! Hooked me up with a loaner vehicle along with working around my crazy schedule! The tect that did the vinyl work did an amazing job! Thank you for delivering an amazing truck! Keep up the great work!
