Mechanics did not know how to use a lug nut lock. We sat for 2 and 1/2 hours. We asked what was taking so long to change 4 tires. The guys working to change our tires DID not ask anyone to help, so it took way to long to change our tires.Once investigated, a mechanic who knew what he was doing, was able to unlock 2 of the lug nuts. By this time, we were there for 3 hours. The guys up front and the one mechanic were great. The other ones not so much

Techs were pleasant and polite, and respected my personal property. They did a great detail job in a reasonable amount of time. Detail Pros is highly recommended.

I bought my Tacoma from Rhinelander Toyota and that, in and of itself was a spectacular experience. I’ve had it in twice now for routine maintenance and I simply love the guys in the service department! They are knowledgeable and always friendly and so accommodating!

Bought my first car with Micheal at rhinelander Toyota and it was super amazing. Good atmosphere, was super nervous at first but they explained everything and ended up with exactly what I want! Left same day with a new highlander
