My experience was great. Seems the Rav4 is a popular choice for 2026. With that I got the car 30+ days after ordering. My sales team was Alpay Tonga and Jose Otero. Alpay was in regular contact with me about the vehicle. Jose, I have known for quite a few years as I purchased my first Toyota from him approximately 15 years ago. My only issue is I asked for a sunroof and when the vehicle arrived there was no sun roof.. that is very disappointing because I have had a sunroof in all my cars since 1995.

I've been lied to twice by the technician. 1) In early April, I was told that I needed new windshield wipers when I just bought them in late March and they were brand new! 2) One month later I was told the same thing, new windshield wipers were needed when they're just 1 month old and I was told I have a safety issue with my tires and they to be aligned which is a lie because I just paid to have those tires aligned when I bought those tires at a tire shop because they gave me a better deal. After I was told this lie, I went back to the the tire shop where I bought those tires and paid extra to have them aligned and they they examined them and told me the tires are fine! On a positive note, Ricardo Rivera my service advisor did fine.
