I just purchased a pre-owned late model Lexus GS from this dealership, and I have to say that I have never been treated better by any dealership in my life! I typical buy a new car every 2 to 3 years and I am 48 years old, so I have a considerable amount of experience. The GM, Nick was very friendly and helpful, he put me in touch with a sales manager named Erkan, and he went so far above and beyond to make sure I got a car that I loved and that it was a perfect fit for me. I do not think that he normally would handle a regular sale like mine, but he made himself available to me and really just exceeded my expectations in every way. My partner and I have been servicing my partners Camry here for years, so I already knew I liked their service department (Kory Johnson takes good care of us), but I have to say that the purchasing experience was just as amazing. Luis was my finance guy and he made sure I got a great APR and agreeable payments. Thank you again, to all of you! This dealership has a customer for life!
