I just bought a new Corolla from this location. From the moment I called and Sohail Sahebi picked up the phone I knew God had blessed me with the right salesman. He was honest, straightforward, friendly, and he steered me in the right direction. He has a customer for life. I can honestly say I met my first sales manager, Jesus E. Rubio, that didn't try to push anything I didn't want and took care of ALL of my financial needs. I'm so glad I called this dealership and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have been coming to this Toyota dealership since I
I have been coming to this Toyota dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2011 and this visit was the first which was unfavorable. I made an appointment like I always do and when I checked in it couldn't be found I showed my email verification but I believe I was treated as a walk-in because my vehicle was never seen on the first day and had to remain overnight. There were two issued found and this was the first time I question the sincerity of the evaluation but proceeded to get the work done. I left my garage door openers in the rental I was given, called several time to try and retrieve them without a single return phone call. Over the times I have come to this service center this time was very unsatisfactory and disappointing.

I had an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes
I had an appointment but still waited over 30 minutes before I was seen. I went in for 12K mile checkup and issues with the navigation display system. Service took 5 hours.
