Process to schedule my appointment online was very easy. My advisor (Michael) was very professional and kept me informed through both email and text. I have used AutoNation Toyota Winter Park for years and always been satisfied.

I usually give 5 star, but this visit was w challenge,
I usually give 5 star, but this visit was w challenge, they didn't top off fluid's my battery xx said all clear, I was told they would check electrical battery and charging system didn't see any of that on the paper work they obviously overbooked their technicians that means they don't care enough about their staff when they are over working them, but they replaced the battery no charge my service advisor was awesome they didn't do an electrical xx and last it took over 2 1/2 hours for not sure what. They ask you to do 5-star rate in the end and that isn't honest to me, let the consumer rate on customer experience The dealership is old and service centre isn't accommodating for the volume of business, but I do have to say they work very hard

Not pleased with service dept.
Not pleased with service dept. Very frustrating experience. I do not live in Orlando but my son is in college there. He needed a recall repair and new tire on a fairly new Taris. I called to set appointment and had them do oil change while there. I set appt and explained that I would be paying for tire and left my contact info. Once my son dropped off car I never heard from them. So I called. I could not get ANYONE to help me pay the bill! And no-one would return my call. It took 2 1/2 hours to get someone! I had to miss a meeting I had planned.Then they tried to charge him for the oil change. It was supposed to be his 2nd complementary but they would not or could not find record of it. I guess that is why I was not happy. Only after I got stern with them did they finally discover I was right. I called to PAY them. You think some one would take my payment. And then they tried to overcharge me $170! So was I a bit upset? Yes! At one point the customer service person hung up on me! While I did raise my voice I never yelled or cussed! Yet he said to me that I needed to relax. But that was getting me nowhere. I suggested he relax and listen to my very simple request. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! Absolutely awful actually. GM is welcome to contact me about details. He has issues he needs to know about.

TWO months and Still no follow up!? Guess the few mistakes you occasionally make deserve no attention. I would have gladly updated my review to reflect that I was pleased with your attention to my issue. You evidentially don't care that I was treated badly by your service dept. While I have been very pleased in the past with your service department, this time I wasn't. I believe to not respond to me (at least personally), reflects badly on your upper management and even owner. Or on who ever has blocked this from them.

The dealership was extremely busy, people everywhere. I had a warranty repair that had to keep my truck overnight due to new part failing. I was given a rental car, since I do not have any other means of transportation. The rental was not offered, but there was no hesitation when I asked for it. Best part....I was not hit with any upselling and that is why I'm giving 4 stars.. The service dept. was extremely busy but my rep recognized me in the crowd and took good care of me. Customers have to be patient due to the massive amounts of things going on. The check in line is long at any time of the day. Don't wait for your repair, leave your vehicle there! I would have probably lost my mind if I had waited on it. Overall, the employees were keeping it moving and staying positive.

Dealership had van for a month.
Dealership had van for a month. Was suppose to fix automatic trunk closure mechanism. Picked it up after it was serviced and stated it was working. Wife tried it out and it didnt work! Now they say they can't figure out why its not working correctly ($1000.00 bucks later) This doesn't include time the same dealership did a break job on an older van and forgot to correctly secure left front caliper to mounting
