Worst service I’ve ever received.

Worst service I’ve ever received. My appointment was at 10:15 and my advisor had to be summoned 4 times before he came. Josuey showed up with an attitude. I asked him how long it will take for an oil change since lVe been waiting for him for 45 mi nutes. He told me 2 hrs. And when I asked him why he said “welcome to Toyota your appointment doesn’t mean anything.” I was shocked to his reply. It was after 1pm when he called me on my phone n summoned me to his stall. I had to find him! He didn’t say anything about my car nor a thank you and basically just took my card. He did not provide the kind of customer service that I would normally get from this dealer. Toyota you need to train your employees on how to deliver good customer service.

Had a 1 pm service appointment.

Had a 1 pm service appointment. Showed up at 12.45 written up at 1.20 and had to wait till 4 pm to get my car back after oil change and tire rotation. Way too long especially with a specific appointment set up.

Had a good experience with this dealership, prices were fair, and service was great. I appreciate the fast service. I do wish there was more information/knowledge about the car. Waited a week to find out it didn’t have certain aspects I was looking for, but at that point was in need of a car and didn’t want to spend more on rentals.

AutoNation Toyota has been a terrible service location to

AutoNation Toyota has been a terrible service location to deal with. They have proven incapable of repairing a few different issues. In addition, when they did a recall service they left a few items incomplete, so I had to go back to the dealership. 1. Highland Hybrid fuel system issues from the first month I had the vehicle. 2. Repeat back speakers with crackling/distortion on what is supposed to be a high quality JBL system. 3. Two items broken after recall service: drive side A-pillar trim left improperly mounted and window activation switches on drive door not properly connected so could not activate rear windows 4. I tried a number of times to engage with the General Manager at Toyota AutoNation but he has not lifted a finger to try to address the issues 5. I will be leaving Toyota as a customer and have serious doubts about Autonation as an organziation To be fair: the people is service are always nice. I just think the service techs at this location are not capable and the GM doesn't really care.
