I had service scheduled for early Saturday morning. I got there on time and they were very quick to get my vehicle. Started off with them washing my car! That was a surprise. They said they would try to get me in and out within an hour, and I did a good job doing that.

Have been going here for several years with great
Have been going here for several years with great service. However, different service advisor. Totally unacceptable service. I arrived at 11:30 for an APPOINTMENT. Waited 15 minutes in checking while people after me were checked in. Complained. Was told agent was late, etc. Checked again .Drove out at 3:30 p.m.! Charge was more than I paid previously but service advisor said it was same price.
