Outstanding customer service by Clinton; car done on time and service to be done was explained and verified

On April 4th, 2022, I went to Auto Nation to have the 80,000 mile checkup of my 2013 Prius V completed. One of the first questions asked of me was, "Do you have an appointment?" "No, I replied," and the young lady said, "okay, someone will be right with you." Very soon afterwards, Servis Advisor, Mr. Oscar Luna, took my keys and asked if I was going to wait on the service. Anyway, Mr. Luna soon looked me up in the waiting room and explained what needed done to the vehicle. Since the list was long and expensive, I asked if something could wait until next time. Mr. Luna said, yes, the SDC Fuel Injector Cleaning Service and Air Intake Cleaning could wait and he would make a note of it for my next visit. Soon, my vehicle was ready and Mr. Luna thanked me for using Auto Nation, he took my credit card and performed the transaction at his station. This probably saved me 10 to 15 minutes; great change in procedures for Auto Nation. I want to compliment Mr. Luna for his professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely recommend anyone use Auto Nation Service anytime. Overall rating for this visit was Outstanding. Thanks to everyone involved.

I hadn't had a vehicle in 12 years, had a limited budget and not the best credit. I really didn't think I was going to get a vehicle. However, they placed me in one! One within my budget, and something much nicer than I ever expected possible, and with a decent rate. The bathrooms are clean, they offer free hot beverages, a large waiting area, a food counter, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. I will be honest, I'm a bit high strung and freak out easily. That said, they have been wonderful in helping me with any issue that arises. They have a large selection of vehicles, ranging in all prices, sizes, years, etc.

I love this dealer. Service always great. The only thing was there wasn't discount to help with unexpected expenses like happened to me. I know if my previous service advisor was there, he will help me.

Vehicle drop off was relatively quick and more importantly it was very efficient considering the business of the service shop. My vehicle was promised in about an hour, and it was ready right on time with that forecast. Checkout was a breeze, and I was on my way.
