Extremely satisfied with the experience. They made sure all my questions were answered, and find me the best option for my plans and budget. Roger even saw a small "defect", and quickly offer to fix it. They took the car, and provide me with a rental, at no cost for me, in the meantime. Very recommended.

I have been shopping for a new to me truck or van for 3 months now, let me tell you, I have never heard of AutoNation before but I am sure glad I now do! I have been referring everyone I talk to AutoNation after my AMAZING white-glove treatment! My Salesman Sohail S. went above and beyond to locate a Dodge Grand Caravan at a sister store after I called about a van that I found on Capital One Auto Navigator that was recently sold and Cap One was not updated yet. He told me about this van he found at another AutoNation location and had it brought up to the Winter Park Toyota store the next morning. We met and took it for a test drive and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for in immaculate condition. The Finance Manager Tonia H. was simply amazing to me! Both Sohail & Tonia made this experience White Glove Treatment! I was only buying a used $16,000 Dodge Grand Caravan but you would have thought I was buying a $100k vehicle! I have NEVER had such an amazing experience with a Dealership in my life! I was given a Firehouse Sub while I waited for Tonia to write up my financing, other dealerships had me sitting around for 4-5 hours and not even offered a water, let alone lunch or dinner. The ENTIRE experience was amazing and I can't thank these two enough for their professionalism after experiencing so many bad dealerships in my hunt for a used car in this crazy market! I LOVE my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan, and I can not thank Sohail and Tonia ENOUGH for such white-glove treatment! THANK YOU!! I HIGHLY recommend Sohail and Tonia at Winter Park AutoNation! ~Heather B.

Good service, long wait lines but move okay.
Good service, long wait lines but move okay. Service person says we're gonna need tires soon, Our tires are half worn with less than 3 years on them 35k, premium michelins with no dry rot. Hate that they do that, thankfully, we know Better!

I bought my used Cadallic from this dealership in Oct. I had an EXCELLENT experience with my salesman and all the staff at the dealership. So, when my first service was due (which had been scheduled by the dealership back when I purchased the car), I expected the same type of service. Throughout the dealership there were signs about "how they value client's time" and that they pride themselves on a 90 minute routine oil change/service. Well, after waiting 1 1/2 hours, I was told that my car was JUST being taken in to service and it was ANOTHER hour before it was completed. Additionally, I was disappointed that my car did not get a carwash (as I had from my previous Nissan dealer).
