Yesterday I went to perform a simple tire rotation service, I had an appointment scheduled at 5:30 p.m. I arrived at around 5:00 p.m., there was only one vehicle in service request when I arrived, and I left there at 6:45 p.m. What opinion can I give on this? In addition, the payment of my service is covered by a prepayment acquired when buying the vehicle and they tell me that I should go earlier because if not they cannot process it, I do not understand if they themselves sold me that benefit. so I have to stop working in order to use my coupons. because they did not explain that at first that it was only to be used for a few hours. it's hard for me to go earlier. .

As always quick and complete on service items, great staff, keep up the great work, HOWEVER I was looking at upgrading my Tacoma to a newer Tundra and the Staff guy who did the apraisal on my pristine 2019 Tacoma with just a bit over 15,000 miles gave me an astronomical low ball apraisal when asked he did not even look at the truck he did not know it was a TRD with 4-Wheel drive as well as the extras on it, needless to say I was Insulted by the trade value offer! I have done business with them for close to 15 years of which i bought and traded in 3 Rav 4's a 4-Runner, and purchsed a tacoma.. not sure why this happened however it makes me want to consider another Dealership. 5-Star service dept, 1 -Star sales not happy with what transpired.
