Salesman Jesus Crespo patiently helped me through this process. The dealership replaced the two front tires which had rotted without charging me for them after I purchased a used car from them on the advice of my mechanic whom they allowed to use their lift and inspect the used car onsite at the dealership prior to my decision to purchase it. The staff did a good job of being professional and competent, not limited to, but most especially Jesus Crespo. I had never purchased a used car from a dealership before but had always dealt with private sellers. Unfortunately, although I saw the 2011 owner's manual in hard copy in the glove compartment prior to the cleaning and repainting required before they could sell this newly delivered used car, after about two weeks when they had the car ready to sell and therefore ready for a mechanic whom I knew to inspect it for me, whoever cleaned out the interior apparently threw away the 2011 owner's manual. Jesus Crespo found me a 2012 owner's manual, which is close, but not exactly the same, and he emailed me a .pdf of the 2011 manual, but just in case you ever get to test drive and see a used car newly delivered before the dealership has it repainted and cleaned, ask someone to hold onto the hard copy owner's manual that the person from whom they purchased it left inside it. I have never had that particular problem when buying from a private seller before. Other than that, however, I think the dealership did a decent job. I might also add that had the mechanic not been allowed to inspect the car, not only would I not have purchased it after all, whoever did purchase it would probably have been driving an unsafe car due to the salesmen not knowing that the two front tires had rotted. The rattling in the front indicated that a stabilizer bar control link and wheel bearing both needed to be replaced in the front of the car, but without them allowing my own mechanic to inspect it on-site prior to my deciding to purchase it, I might not have known about that or other possibly more serious issues. I did not get the impression that Jesus Crespo or most of the salesmen have an extensive background in automobile mechanics and repair, but some did seem to know something about it. I found their willingness to flex with my request about the mechanic very encouraging as was Jesus Crespo's good keeping in contact with me around the progress of the car being delivered and ready for purchase. If he had not called me at 2:00 on Friday immediately after the dealership had prepared it for sale, I strongly suspect that someone else would have purchased it before Jesus Crespo had the freedom to travel with me to my mechanic's shop on Monday. The dealership understandably gets very busy on Friday and Saturday. I also appreciated that Jesus Crespo treated my parents with respect. As I said, I had not prior to this ever purchased a used car from a dealership. My mom came to the initial look-see immediately after the 2011 Camry was delivered, and my dad drove over when the mechanic came to inspect it. Jesus Crespo also spoke with my mom sometimes, and me sometimes, to update us on when the car might be ready for sale. I appreciated the finance person's patience and humor and that his work eliminated my requirement for a lengthy and confusing appointment experience at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on my own as has been my experience with buying a used car from a private owner directly. My dad had a good experience some years back with having purchased a used Lexus from the connected dealership next door to this one, which is part of why we came looking in this instance. So, in summary, I appreciate this dealership as a whole and Jesus Crespo in particular.
