Car in for several services and only chose oil and would

Car in for several services and only chose oil and would do rest later. Sat over an hour and a half then got up to check on it and saw my car was moved to front of servicing area. Upon asking if was ready they told ‘me ‘ didn’t know about the oil change’!! Took and did it but after 2 hrs I was late being where I was suppose to be. Why did it sit there for so long without someone asking about it ? Really irritated because someone dropped the ball and considering taking the car somewhere else for service pending. An over site but just not at a good time

A response will not resolve the level of the service on this day or my irritation with it. Just puts me on guard if I have any other services at your dealership. Please just be aware that when a car is sitting in front of the garage for 45 minutes it requires some kind of attention. Thank you

Don’t depend on the amount of time the service takes. Check on the status so you don’t get left sitting. Otherwise happy overall with services at this dealership and I would recommend them confidently

Tomorrow will be the 4th weekend in a row we have had to go to the service department to get our door panel fixed. First they had to order the part. Then they ordered the wrong part. Then they got the right part but realized a second part was also needed. They had better take care of this tomorrow!
