We made an appointment over the phone and were told that
We made an appointment over the phone and were told that it would take 30 minutes for our oil change. When we arrived the service advisor told us it would be 2 plus hours. Our service advisor offered a rental car that the dealership would take care of for the miss information. This allowed us to complete errands that were planned for the day. Our vehicle was ready in 2.5 hours, but our inconvenience of how long it took was matched by a free rental car. I take it as a win.

I drove into the parking lot entrance & I was impressed
I drove into the parking lot entrance & I was impressed with how I was greeted cheerfully by a guy & directed to the car service center. I proceeded to drive & to my surprise I entered a short line with only 6 vehicles ahead of me. I then was greeted within 2-3 minutes by another super friendly gentleman who checked in my 2022 Toyota Camry super fast. I might’ve been sitting comfortably at the service center lobby for no more then 1 hour maximum & I received a text saying my car was ready. Needless to say yesterday was a amazing day at the dealership service center. I was in & out within a hour. Now, that to me was very impressive teamwork & impeccable workmanship. Thank You for making my experience the highlight of my entire day. I’ll definitely tell my family & friends about my amazing experience at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park.
