Worst experience buying a car ever

It took four hours and a half to make the sale when I was a lay down customer no argument about price but it took forever almost walked out I wanted that car but I guess I’ll be the last one I buy from Benson

Great experience!

I received a quick and friendly response when I inquired about a car for sale at this lot. Derrick was very friendly, texted a lot of information for me and we were able to see and drive the car the very same evening! We did end up purchasing the car. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase!

Buying a car without knowledge of how numbers are written, I feel a little let down and somewhat mislead! My salesman was nice but like sales people do, they are not honest!

Excellent service

Went there looking to get a newer version of the Altima that I previously owned. Unfortunately, I was worried with my limited credit history on what I would be able to get. FORTUNATELY, Derrick was there to help. He worked well with me and got me in a newer Altima 2 hours later. Jed was also very helpful in terms of the financial aspect of things. Never felt pressured to buy. Just honest people looking to help! Will definitely be returning to this dealership for future cars! Strongly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car in the Greenville area.

Bought Certified Preowned

After shopping around for about a year, I chose Benson Nissan because of Derrick. It is my belief he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle for me and didn’t stop until it was delivered. I never felt like I was being “SOLD”. One of my best car buying experiences EVER. I will definitely buy from Benson again.

Awesome dealership!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT EXPERIENCE from start to finish! Even had some questions after the sale and everything was addressed promptly, courteously, and with my satisfaction as their number one priority. Ed and Derrick as well as the sales manager Vince, were all pleasant, and eager to please. Had service questions and the service department was friendly and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Finance department was very thorough and explained everything in detail and answered all questions with obvious interest in my specific financing situation. General sales manager gave a follow up call to ensure all was to my satisfaction a couple days after the sale. Would definitely purchase from this dealership again without hesitation. Best experience EVER

I came into the dealership not even planning to purchase a new vehicle. I was greeted by RJ who was super polite and not pushy. Even after I told him I was probably a year away, he still answered all of my questions, taking time to demonstrate certain features that I was not aware of. After test driving the Jeep, I realized that I was more interested in having it sooner than later. RJ diligently worked with his manager to give me an awesome deal and even lowered my payment!!! I recommend this salesman to ANYONE in the market for a vehicle!
