Our 2013 Terrain was purchased from Colonial back in
Our 2013 Terrain was purchased from Colonial back in 2016. It has almost 222,000 miles on it. Still performing well. We always get great service at Colonial. Kimberly is our service representative. She does a great job. This time was a fluky thing. The only key we had was lost and we had to get a new set of keys. A frustrating situation was made easier with help from Colonial and Kimberly.

Our 2013 Terrain was purchased from Colonial back in 2016. It has almost 222,000 miles on it. Still performing well. We always get great service at Colonial. Kimberly is our service representative. He and I agreed on a price over the phone, and I accepted it. Before the purchase was completed, I was engaged by another dealer with a lower price. However, I chose to stay with Dave because of his integrity and my belief that a deal is a deal.

I always receive excellent service from Colonial.
I always receive excellent service from Colonial. Last time they stressed how important fuel injector cleaner is for my vehicle, however this time they didn't mention the cleaner and when I brought it up they said they would take care of that next time. How important is it really? Just left me wondering and thought I would mention it.

Scott S. was a great help to me with the sales team. Met Scott for a test drive, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The service department had to work on the truck I was interested in before it was ready to be sold, and he kept me updated and informed throughout the process. Although I ultimately bought a different vehicle, it certainly had nothing to do with Scott. Would happily reach out to him in the future or recommend him to anyone else in the market.

I took my Chevy Colorado there for a scheduled oil
I took my Chevy Colorado there for a scheduled oil change. The technician suggested installing a fuel injection cleaner, I agreed to have that done. A few miles down the road the truck started rumbling and the check engine light came on. I was charged $549.00 for a diagnostic and I was told to fix the truck it would cost $5900.00, asked for the $549.00 back and the truck fixed. The dealer sent the $549.00 back but refused to get the truck back to the condition it was in when I took it for the oil change. There was no check engine light on when I took the truck it. This dealer ruined my vehicle, poor maintenance service!!!!
