Avoid this dealership and service department at all cost.

Avoid this dealership and service department at all cost. I bought a new 2024 CX-50 from them and when I took delivery it had a dent in the door and the gauge cluster had been damaged by the dealership during the pre delivery detail. I notified the dealership immediately and they scheduled a day to drop off the vehicle later that week. Once I went to pickup the vehicle is when things really went downhill. Not only was the gauge cluster not better, it was actually worse than before. On top of that the dash wasn’t even put back together correctly and every panel they removed had damage from improper tools used for removal. When I called and spoke with the service manager about this he said it was done perfectly and he had personally inspected the vehicle and there was nothing else they could do. There are several Mazda dealerships around, pick any of them over Hubler.

the subaru outback was bought by others and they

the subaru outback was bought by others and they recommended another one, and I bought it. Unfortunately, before i left, I found an error code showing the problem about tyre pressure. I left the car there and was informed the problem was fixed. When I went to pick up my car. On the way to my home, the error code appeared again. This time, they told me that they can just replace one tyre pressure sensor for me. And I need to pay for other sensors if there is still other sensors needed to be replaced. I think it is unfair. As a company selling cars, they have the obligation to provide their customers normal cars rather than problem cars.

Came in, put down a deposit on a car to be delivered next

Came in, put down a deposit on a car to be delivered next week. Next week comes, and I'm given a small apology and a promise that it would be in next week for sure. This happened two more times before I asked them if the really wanted me to buy their car. They said that they didn't care about me, and they would be able to sell the car regardless. I got a car from another dealership the next day. I would not trust Hubler Mazda not to scam me out of money, much less something as important as a new car or repairs

i scheduled an appointment to see a car there in 2018. They didn't bring it and instead baited and switched. My son loved the car so I bought it. Don't ever be fooled into buying the additional "warranty" they upsell to you as a great thing. I purchased tire, windshield, and extended front to back warranty. They take their cut and then pass you off to Assurant which is WORTHLESS. Dealership cannot even get a hold of them on the phone. They just hold up their hands and claim to be at the mercy of the insurance company they advocated to you. They know it's a scam too but it's obviously very lucrative. Shame on me for buying it. Don't repeat my mistake!!

2003 Lincoln LS

The salesman was polite, informative, energetic, and outgoing. I'm not a fan of salesmen and I liked the guy. It was a cash purchase and I feel like it took a little longer than it needed to. There were some things wrong with the car but I knew what I was getting and they were very forthright about the future repairs it would need. They were very accommodating to my situation and I feel like I got a better than fair price.

Terrible! My and wife wasted 2 hours of our lives in...

Terrible! My and wife wasted 2 hours of our lives in their store them trying to run our credit! Then presented us a truck I didn't like. Then they tried selling it to us at a high price and didn't fit our budget I backed out right away! Then they had 3 salesman's gang up on me tried to talk me into buying it. Before they even get the word no out of me! Never going in that store again!

Shopping for BMW that I found on cars.com

The dealership representative has been in constant contact with me which I appreciate. Although my initial selection didn't work out, they given me good alternative options and have promised to keep looking for a car similar to the one I was originally interested in.
