Everything was seemless in the buying process.

Everything was seemless in the buying process. Especially Stephen Montano who was so helpful in helping us choose the right model. He was informative without being "salesey". They knew we had limited time due to a prior engagement and from the time we started the paper work through the entire finance process took only 1 hour which was much appreciated. Already planning on purchasing our next car with Mercedes-Benz of Reno.

I was very nervous as this was my first time purchasing a

I was very nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car as an adult, but it was overall a good experience! The salesperson I corresponded with beforehand and who managed the deal in person, Matthew, went *above and beyond* to help me get the exact car I wanted and feel comfortable the whole way through. I was a little overwhelmed during the finance portion of the deal, but the Finance Director Scott patiently answered every question I had and worked to make sure I got the best I could out of the loan and warranty. The only complaint I have is that the car wasn?t fully detailed inside, but I?m so excited about my low-mileage, reliable, well-taken-care-of V6 rocket RAV4 I really don?t mind.

We left on a driving vacation afterthought recall and service. When wedrove onto a rain shower, something happened that never occurred before. FLASHING RED LIGHTS BREAKS and PARK along with SRS restraint visit workshop. I would hope that the MB Reno, NV will address this when we return.

I have a scheduled B service on 29 July 2025.

I have a scheduled B service on 29 July 2025. I was a little early but when my service advisor saw me...he immediately took me in. Mr Woo is a professional in every sense of the word. As I waited at the lounge he ensured that ne and my wife are comfortable. Mr Woo updated me with the status of my car. After a couple of hours later my car was completed. He handed me the receipts and explained what was done with my car. Overall...Mercedes Benz of Reno had surpassed all my expectations...from sales...finance...parts and service. Mr Woo is a true professional who is a Top Notch Service Advisor. I highly recommend him for immediate promotion. He truly deserves a PAY RAISE. THANK YOU ALL MERCEDES BENZ OF RENO TEAM. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
