I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline on 8/26/2025.

I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline on 8/26/2025. My Representative was Chris Hippolyte, who was very professional and helpful. Now, here is where the problem started. I was given a 7.9% Interest Rate with $10K down payment because they stated, “Interest Rates are Crazy for everyone right now.” On September 1, they’re now offering the exact same vehicle for 0% Interest for 5 years OR a $2500 Deduction on your purchase. In my opinion, I was deliberately mislead. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. IMO, they’re NOT at all interested in what’s best for the Customer and really only care about their profit. I hope they took a picture of me, because I will NOT be back.

During a recent visit with my elderly parents my mother

During a recent visit with my elderly parents my mother was confused about the lack of warranty on a used car she was looking at. After spending time with Chris the salesperson and signing some of the paperwork she changed her mind due to her confusion about lack of a warranty. As we were leaving Chris who represents HONDA came out side and yelled at her he told her to never call or email or contact him in any way. I feel no one should be spoken to in that way no matter what. Chris’s actions did not represent the Honda dealership of Holcomb bridge well not to mention the trojan condom packages he had sticking out of his pocket at the work place. I have left two messages for Kenny the general manager but never got a response. My parents have purchased a car from a different dealer and we had a wonderful experience. I’m writing this review in hoped this wouldn’t happen to anyone else.

After months of watching a Honda Ridgeline, I made my way

After months of watching a Honda Ridgeline, I made my way into the dealership for a test drive. The vehicle was a 2024 Honda Ridgeline that was used as a service loaner because they couldn't sell it last year. After being used as a service loaner vehicle, the vehicle has sat in the parking lot for 80+ days. As a result, the vehicle showed signs of "lot rot" in the tires, brake discs, and bed of the truck. I also found a small ding/dent that was poorly covered up with a touch-up pen in my vehicle inspection. The interior was like-new with the faint odor of "new car smell" still present but not as strong. The test drive was fine and I sat down to discuss numbers. My salesperson came back with absurd numbers. The numbers were listed as follows: - MSRP: $39,995 (for a USED vehicle) - Discount $4079 - Vehicle Sale Price: $35,916 - xx fees: $392 - xx Dealer Doc Fee: $899 - Taxes: $2601 Total Balance: $39,808 for a used unibody truck that they couldnt sell last year for the same price. I made a counteroffer based on the current economy and market conditions, findings in my vehicle inspection, and the age/mileage of the vehicle. My salesperson made little to no effort to come down on pricing even after I pointed out all of the issues previously stated. With market conditions continuing to decline, I'll be sorry for whoever falls into the dealership traps. To be fair (and the reason why this isn't a one-star review), my salesperson was pleasant and professional; additionally the staff were very friendly (but scammers are often pleasant before they rob you blind).

My wife and I decided to give Honda Carland a chance

My wife and I decided to give Honda Carland a chance despite the numerous negative reviews we had read online. Unfortunately, our experience proved that the negative feedback was well-founded. We attempted to purchase a new 2024 Honda, but the communication and transparency throughout the process were severely lacking. We received multiple empty promises, and on the day we were supposed to pick up our vehicle, our sales rep didn’t even inform us that he would be out of the office. To make matters worse, we were told that the vehicle we had delivered to the dealership was damaged and that we would need to wait another 3-4 days for a new vehicle to be shipped. In the end, we decided to take our business to Lou Sobh, where we had an all-around excellent experience. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Honda Carland.

I recently purchased my 4th Honda Odyssey this past July

I recently purchased my 4th Honda Odyssey this past July 2024. My sales advisor Ryan Walcott was amazing, he made the experience easy and satisfying. We went in with a price we wanted to pay, and he was able to match the price within a few hundred dollars. He also went over and above to satisfy my desire to have interior floor mats at no extra cost. We have always been satisfied customers at Honda CARLAND within the sales department and service department. This is the reason we only buy Honda Vehicles. Thank you Mr & Mrs. Flanagan

This dealership has An Unethical Sales Practice. They took advantage of my young daughter with $5000 warranty sales, after i deal direct with Ryan Walcott and told him many times do not sell my daughter anything else, it is her first car she cant afford monthly payment i have to help her. for whatever reason they sold her and she did not even know it. I reach out to him but he block my call. Please don’t be the next victim.

Don't believe a word they say.

Bought our CRV there. Test drive was great. Afterward they took the car to detail it while I went through the hours of buying, financing, etc. Finally when I went to drive it home, there was a dent in the right rear quarter-panel. Looked like someone hit it with a hammer. They promised up and down that if I drove it home and brought it back the next week they would repair it. I was trusting enough to believe them. Their repair was nothing more than a dab of paint. They flat-out refused to do more. I paid for a new car and got one with a dent. Honda makes a great product, but I'll never go back to this dealer. Don't believe a word they say.

You can never speak to an actual service person on the

You can never speak to an actual service person on the phone- it is a fully automated system. You have to wait for 10 minutes at least to speak up a service technician when you arrive on time for your appointment. Then, when they code your paperwork incorrectly they (Jamie) call you to rudely accuse you of their mistake.
