Great Service!

My wife works around the corner from the dealership, they got her a ride to work after dropping off the vehicle and dropped it off to her at work when it was finished. Went above and beyond.

Not good work

Took a month to fix my transmission. I had to pay for the month long rental car that was over $1000.00 Paied to get my oil change and they did not have air pressure filled, I had to fill it myself After they had it for a month the car was dirty and had orange residue on the back left, they did not have the courtesy to clean it. Wish I had gone to another dealer

Another great experience

This was our 3rd car purchase from Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in the last 4 years. Our experience in dealing with Kory Walker (our salesperson), Dustin Perry (Sales Manager) and DJ Wilks (Finance) could not have been better. They gave me an incredible deal on my new 2020 Ram truck, even after the steep “employee pricing discount and were more than fair on my trade-in. It’s “professionals like them that keep us coming back time and again.

Great service

The salesman Bob is fantastic
