Westgate Imports

This is the worst dealership l have ever been to. For one not professional never followed through. Never taken the time to make sure that the customer is OK just horrible I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. BE mindful they will tell you one thing but they definitely don't communicate just leave you hanging. Mangerment isn't any better they are just as worst as their employees. No communication and they never answer the phone they actually haven't answered the phone doesn't pick up and you have to send our email who's doing all that nobody has time for that be mindful don't go to Westgate jeep for anything.

No accident, they said and no car fax on hand. Found out car was in an accident (front and back) with the car fax I purchased.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Westgate Imports. The sales staff was very responsive and efficient in helping me find the vehicle I was interested in and processing the paperwork. After I left with the car there was a minor mechanical issue and Westgate repaired it at no cost, though they were not obligated to do so. I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer-centered service I received. Their service department is also top-notch.

We went to look at their Police Chargers. We test drove it and it drove okay, but there were lots of cosmetic issues with the car, and while some of this expected when buying a vehicle like this, they were totally unwilling to even partially meet us toward a decent deal. Lots of double talk from the sales person didn’t help matters, or the $700 admin fee they were unwilling to cut. What a complete waste of gas.

This was the best used car experience I have ever had. I have been buying cars for almost 50 years and I have had both good and bad experiences. This was the best.

Without Monique's professional assistance recently getting my car compressor repaired, I would still be driving a hot car in summer heat. It is wonderful to have an advocate that helps get the job done. She has assisted me in the past, and her perseverance recently was extraordinary. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful addressing my car repair/maintenance needs. I am so grateful for her trusted advice and care. Thanks Monique!

Over the years, I've bought several cars from Westgate Imports and they've stood behind the cars and any work they might have done on the car. This is no longer the case. The last car we bought from Westgate was not reliable and they were indifferent to the issues. They certainly weren't going to help fix anything. In the past, I would have bought a car from Westgate Imports based on their reputation. That is no longer the case. If you do buy from them, be sure to have the car thoroughly checked out beforehand. You cannot count on them to stand behind it any longer.

Had a great 1st time car buying experience at WestGate Imports!!! I came in with a max budget of around 10k but wasn't to sure on the type of car I was looking for. Devin is an honest and awesome salesman who explained the pros/cons to each specific brand/model of car and really helped me narrow my search down to a Volkswagen (a lot of features for a low price). On the test drives Devin was able to point out key features to me and really help me finalize my decision. Once i found the right car getting everything faxed over to by bank was really easy and simple. Overall I would say i had a great experience and plan on shopping here again in a few years!!! I definitely recommend Devin and WestGate Imports!!!

i bought a 2014 police charger from them and i must say i am so glad i decided to do business with them! great car fantastic price and they really worked with me to get it done even tho my credit wasnt the best! Sam and devin were fantastic and i would recommend everyone buy a vehicle from there!!

Got a good deal on the car staff was easy to work with took the car home got in it to next day just go to work and the battery was dead
