My AC in my 2016 honda civic blows hot air EVERY YEAR for the past 6 years. It is painful to take it to honda for service of the parts that have an extended warranty only for them to keep replacing the same parts!!!! Every year. This visit they yet again replaced the warrantied parts but then advised me to do a separate $500 repair. It has been a week and the recurring problem of the ac blowing hot air is back. I have no choice but to take it back to the dealership as no mechanic can touch the system else i void my warranty. After this experience I will never by Honda again. I am not the only owner experiencing this AC problem with their honda civic

Bring in my car for a warranty repair when smoothly. I was informed te part would arrive the following week and it did. The options of my follow-up to do the repair was excellent. Repair was done faster than I expected along with a hybrid system flush.

Everyone at this service center goes above and beyond the call of duty. At my last service, Kern went above and beyond the duty. He patiently discussed the problems and the repair cost of my car. He was great and I hope to continue to work with him in the future.
