The worker was very courteous, very nice. He explained what was wrong with the car after checking It. The waiting time was quicker than I expected, I was happy with the service done.

Finished oil change in 1.

Finished oil change in 1.5 hrs. Was not there all day. Everyone was very polite and nice. Made sure to place a sticker to provide time of next oil change.

My car was.

My car was. being evacuated for leak from my sun roof too water accumulation in my truck in the spare tire holder. I have had over 2? of water after a week of rain in our area . Mr. Cheney handled my complaint himself. Mr McHenry arranged transportation for me coming a nd going. The drivers were excellent.My auto was left overnight. Results: there is a backup which will require an extensive breakdown to the tune of estimated $1800 plus. I asked if this could be a manufactured defect? No, Regardless , Mr McHenry was understanding and offered to credit my account with $ already paid. Acourse I explained that I didn?t have the dollars now but will be back I was so taken by the Customer Service given. In the waiting room you have excellent coffee machine (free) and snacks free . It appears that efforts are being made to put forward Customer Satisfaction.???

purchased a 2025 toyota corolla from Lloyd, even tho it

purchased a 2025 toyota corolla from Lloyd, even tho it is listed multiple times in their description that it comes with a KEYLESS ENTRY, and in the car’s manual it states the car comes with a KEYLESS ENTRY key, we were given a key with no buttons, & have to actually use the key to manually unlock the car. there are no buttons to press on the trunk to open it, this is a TWENTY TWENTY FIVE car and you give us a key with no buttons? so we have to manually unlock & lock the car every time. when we bring it up to Lloyd, he says that “that’s the only key we have. you were offered the option to certify the car which you didn’t and would have come with two keys” which is NOT the case we were not given this option, but either way which is it?? you have 1 or 2 keys?? i cannot believe a dealership will give you the wrong key that isn’t even supposed to come with the car, and refuse to fix it even tho it’s listed all on their listing that it’s KEYLESS. check their better business profile before you buy from here, endless bad reviews and complaints.
