Traded a 2021 armada in for a 2017 titan love the truck however it took 2 days to get if transport from McDonough ga to Conyers and now I believe we know why after having the new to us truck for 4-5 days the starter went out I asked the salesman if they knew anything about it he said he would check with the service manager to see never heard anything back was also supposed to see if they could do anything to help also never heard anything back about that either I believe we did get an overall good deal however having to repair a truck 4-5 days after purchase in order to be able to make it to vacation with zero follow up has made me make the decision to do business elsewhere from now on we have been customers there for the past 7-8 years and have purchased multiple vehicles from them both new and used

Excellent service and friendly attendant the wait time was reasonable and they even provided coffee,water and snacks I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that loves their car as much as I love my truck I

I always come to get my oil changed there and get my car checked out they always give me aprint out what they check. The problem I have is I ask for it and was told it was sent to my email which not true. Why was a problem getting this information I don't k ow I never had this problem before.

Lloyd and the team were friendly and helpful. I really wasn?t sure what model that I wanted, but when I took the Nissan Kicks for a test drive I was pleasantly surprised.

The Customer service was excellent. Wait was a little bit but I was entertained in a nice clean environment . My customer service agent was quite friendly and helpful.

The experience was superb from start to finish. The facility was clean, modern with lots of cars to choose from. The staff was friendly and very hospitable. Sean was kind and very patient as I think this process took about 2 days for me to finally make a decision. He made sure the car was beautifully serviced before my revival and simply made the experience pleasurable.. not like a chore. Thanks Sean!

Immediately attended upon arrival. Alex was very attentive to my car needs as soon as I pulled into the carport. Excellent customer service by Alex. The waiting room was clean and well stocked with refreshments and hot coffee ??.
