Great Service

We loved working with Fred Scott from the moment we walked into the Rick Case Hyundai dealership and met him, all the way through the process of selecting our new car and then actually purchasing it. Fred was very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He was very friendly and really cared whether or not we would be happy with the car we would eventually select. We appreciated all his help and the fact that he likes to keep his customers happy even after purchasing their car by way of his website. We're sure we will be using his website more and more as time goes on. You sure do have one Excellent Employee with Fred Scott!

Fred was great to work with .He was very patient with me while I made my decision on my purchase. He was willing to do whatever it took to get me I the car I was comfortable with. Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous Service

My husband was impressed with tv ads for the Kia Optima and wanted me to see the car since I was not leaning in that direction for a new car. We did not go to actually purchase that day but Perry Mallory met us in the parking lot and answered all our questions, showed professionalism and knowledge of the car, was friendly, courteous and displayed no pressure tactics. After a test driive, I was impressed and after driving Cadillacs and Buicks all my adult life, I believed I could make the change and be very happy driving a new Kia Optima with all the extras included. Perry has continued to check up on us to be sure we had no questions which is appreciated. I presently have about 3500 miles on my new Kia and plan to schedule the first maintenance checkup at Rick Case. After driving a short time, the "low tire pressure" indicator came on and I called the Service Department and "Randy" told me to bring the car in and he would make sure everything was all right. I went right in and was very pleased with the service I received in the Service Dept at that time.

We had a great experience here. No nonsense and no hassles, although we were very clear going into it what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used Hyndai.

This was the easiest hasslefree new car purchase we have...

This was the easiest hasslefree new car purchase we have ever experienced. I did my whole deal over the phone including getting a quote for my trade in site unseen and the price I said I would pay for the car. Larry called me back within 30 minutes to tell me we had a deal. (I never heard back from two other dealers that I made the same offer too). When we arrived to buy the car I expected changes to the deal or ad ons, price to go up etc. The price was exactly the same as the buyers order Larry had faxed me a few days prior. Everything was ready to sign when we got there. The whole deal took approx. one hour from the time we walked in until we were driving out in our new car including the finance office. Larry was great when we were first shopping trying to decide what we wanted. He spent quality time with us, no pressure and no rush. It paid off for both of us. I since had a service appointment with them to get my oil changed ($19.99) and tires rotated for an additional penny. This was on a busy Saturday morning. When I arrived it was packed. I thought I would be there 2 to 3 hours. I was in and out in one hour and they even fed me, grilled hamberburgers and hot dogs AND I received a free gift of my choice when I left. I have recommended Rick Case Hyundai to many people. We we get ready to buy again, Rick Case and Larry Fitzgerald will be more first choice. BTW, we bought the 2013 Hyundai Tuscon and love it!

Larry worked on my approval before hand, and upon my arrival to the dealership all I had to do was pick my car, test drive, and sign the papers.
