I had recently been shopping around for a used vehicle of...

I had recently been shopping around for a used vehicle of a particular make and model in this case a Toyota Yaris. As soon as I walked on the lot and stood next to my now purchased Yaris Steven "Steve" Hall immediately walked up to me and asked if I would be interested in taking it for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was not a dealer make and model(Hyundai) His relaxed style made the whole purchasing process as stress-free as possible and even my salesman-averse girlfriend remarked that she would love to purchase a car from someone like "Steve" Hall. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to deliver a form to me when it was discovered that my signature was needed on an important overlooked document. I work in customer service and the service I received and continue to receive at Rick Chase Hyundai was A+++. Much better and more professional than the Toyota dealership that I had visited right before Rick Chase and was dissatisfied enough to walk out of. Casey LLoyd also was very helpful and expedited the whole process.

I went to Rick Case Hyundai to look at the 2011 Tucson...

I went to Rick Case Hyundai to look at the 2011 Tucson after test driving the Honda CRV and the Toyota Rav 4. I had the pleasure of meeting Fred Scott and we immediately hit it off and began discussing the options for my new Tucson. He is an excellent saleman and I appreciate his efforts throughout the whole process. I later met Eric Meadows and he also helped me learn about the Tucson that I was considering. He too was excellent. After making my decisionI proceeded to sign all the required documents (the credit department representative was excellent too - sorry but I don't remember her name). At that point I had purchased my car and it had been cleaned and prepped beautifully. Fred Scott then took me over to the Service Department and made sure that I was introduced to everyone. I left the dealership in my new car and I really feel like I made some friends and am looking forward to years of good service at Rick Case Hyundai. Thanks, Kenny Crysler

I had searched the Internet all weekend looking for a...

I had searched the Internet all weekend looking for a Hyundai Sonata GLS. Thought I had found it at Rick case. Saw a SOLD sign on it. Came home and sent an email inquiring about a similar vehicle (Color). Within 30 minutes Henry had meaaged me and then called me. Drove back up and ended up making a deal with this dealership. I was never pressured, my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I must say the financing part was way too long after agreeing to the purchase. They had to send me down to the Audi dealership to get my paperwork done. I would and have recommended this dealership to some friends.

Fredd and the staff at Rick Case HYUNDAI was very helpfull in helping me with my purchase of our 2009 toyota camre, great job everyone!I would highly reccomend this dealer and sales person to friends,family, and anyone needing a great car buying experience.

I will highly recommend this dealership, Ken Hinger is...

I will highly recommend this dealership, Ken Hinger is great. I traded my 2007 VW Passat and got a great deal on 2011 Sonata Limited. I will invite my friends and family to visit this dealership when it's time to upgrade their vehicle and they will get the best deal in town.

I had a poor experience at another dealer, but Rick Case...

I had a poor experience at another dealer, but Rick Case honored the Overstock.com auto price and had an in-stock vehicle that they optioned to my liking. Additionally, on the night of delivery of the new vehicle, Steve met me at the local CarMax shop when I dropped off my former vehicle. Great guy to work with.

Fred was very knowledgable on the Santa Fe showing us all of the vehicle's features. I would refer others to this dealership. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Rick Case and plan on continuing doing business with this dealership again when the need for another vehicle arises.

Steve was very professional and helpful. He took the time to listen to our needs overall and was very helpful in selecting several cars to choose from. We took several test drives with Steve and found him to be very knowledgeable. Bottom line - we had a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai...many thanks all around!

Very friendly. I did not feel pressured. It was a nice, easy transaction. Steve was very relaxed. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them to someone looking to get a new or used car. The financing person, Karrie was exceptionally knowledgable. thank you all

My wife and I were looking for a used Acura TSX. I saw an...

My wife and I were looking for a used Acura TSX. I saw an internet listing for that auto at Rick Case Hyundai. That dealership is about 40 miles from our home, so I called the dealership and spoke with one of the managers to see if it would be possible to get the car closer to us. The manager,Joel Thomas, said he would have a salesman drive the car to our home. A couple of hours later, Ken Hinger drove the car into our driveway. He spent over 2 hours with us while we checked the car out & test it. Ken was very patient with us. I finally told Ken that the next morning I would put some money in our checking account, I would drive to the dealership, and we would talk about purchasing the car. The next morning I drove to the dealership, but we couldn't quite reach an agreement, so I thanked them for their time & went home. The next morning, Ken called to say he thought we could come to an agreement, would I come back up to the dealership? Later that day I went back to the dealership and purchased the car. Ken Hinger is a very friendly, patient, & professional salesperson,and I believe he went out of his way to help us buy the car. I will recommend Ken and Rick Case Hyundai to any one I know who is looking to buy a car! THANKS KEN! James M. Snyder
