I am a salesperson myself, and as such, I realize that my customers want to feel like they are getting a deal. We felt that Mr. Scott knew he "had" us since we drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to Georgia to look at this car, and so he would not budge one inch on on pricing. Moreover, I felt he was very smug about it. He basically told us this is the price, and we could either take it or leave it. Obviously, since we did drive all that way, we knew we were going to leave with the car regardless of whether or not the salesperson budged on the pricing because it was a good deal on a 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe. However, we also left with a bad taste in our mouths. This company may be able to lure people in with the promise of a good price, but customer service and relationships is what keeps customers coming back. Rick Case got our one time sale, but we tell everyone about our negative experience and would never go back or recommend the company. Thank you for your time. Lynn Armstrong

Kevin is a excellent salesperson he had several cars...
Kevin is a excellent salesperson he had several cars already selected for me to look at he knew what would fit my needs.The other people in the dealership were very friendly and kind. They made the process painless. Kevin was also very attentive to my needs. He made sure I had refreshments. The highlight of my evening was of Kevin helping me unload my old car and making sure everything was in order in my new car. He arranged my supplies in my trunk in a orderly manner, so I could make sense of everything. I think that't going above and beyond.

I had a very pleasent experience purchacing my new 2011 Sonata. Working with Henry Olowu was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and Polite. Also the desk Manager and the F.I.did a wonderful job. The only thing that would made this experience any better would have been dinner on the Dealership dime.

I just wanted to recap my experience with sales consultant Reginald Scales. First i would like to really thank him for providing a great experience in buying my first new car. Reginald was really knowledgeable in explaining the various safety features of each model we test drove and provided the up-most hospitality during our several hour visits. Nonetheless, through all the phone calls, hours, visits, etc etc..Reginald was able to close the deal with No Hassles. I've never felt so comfortable buying a car before as it is truly a stressful experience for some. I will surely refer my friends and family to this dealership and specifically to Reginald!

Although I did not purchase a car on this visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the experience and the professional demeanor of the sales person with whom I had contact. In addition to spending unrushed time with me as we looked at different models, Hall seemed to have a great deal of knowledge of the products and gave me comparisons among vehicles that would allow me to make a clear choice about the model I am considering. Kudos to the overall quality of your organization.

My experience at the dealership was great. It started with Stephan. If it was not for him I would not have come in the beginning. He did whatever to get me pre-approved. then Steve Hall came and picked me up as my car had broken down. Both recommended the car that I bought. They both were superb. The guy that typed up the paperwork(forgot his name) but he was very patient with me as I really grilled him about my contract. He remained very professional as I know I probabably worked his nerves. Everyone was great especially Steve. He was very personable as he treated me like a lady and was very concern about my choice as if I was a member of his family.

For a person who had last purchased a car 13 years ago,...
For a person who had last purchased a car 13 years ago, my salesman made the process of buying my "first" used car very painless. The 2009 Honda Accord EXL-V6 displayed in the showroom that day was top of the line. What helped assure me that I was getting a good deal for my money was that Mr. Scott showed me the Blue Book value for my car on the spot. So after comparing its value and the selling price, I turned in my rental car and I was sold! Thank you Fred Scott and Rick Case Hyundai for the professional and informative experience!

I tried to use the dealership web site to obtain a quote...
I tried to use the dealership web site to obtain a quote on a vehicle I saw listed on dealership wesite inventory listing. The website quote process did not seem to work. I received no quote after a day and a half. I tried to call the dealership using a wrong number which was listed on the website. Finally i found on another website a correct phone number and was put in touch with Mr. Fred Scott who took great care of me from that point forward and I ended up purchasing the 2011 Santa Fe Limited I was intially inquiring after. I was provided a good, fair price with little haggling. I would recommend Rick Case Hyundai and Mr. Fred Scott to anyone considering buying a Hyundai.

Great experience dealing with Fred Scott at Rick Case Hyundai.I love my new Hyundai Sante Fe. Have purchased vehicles from Rick Case dealerships for 20+ years. Never had a bad experience. Each employee was professional and very courteous. Will definitely refer family and friends to them.
