Erick is a true professional and a very ethical business person. I purchased a car sight unseen (including my trade), and Erick's responsiveness, service and support through the process was outstanding. The car was accurately described, and Erick knew everything about the car (Shelby). Their service guy, Jeff, did some nice customization on my request and his work is solid. All the guys at The Toy Barn are committed to providing superior customer service and support. Their delivery guy (I believe his name was Jon) was very personable and professional. I had emailed originally in regards to the Infiniti FX35 and stopped in with out an appointment. I was greeted warming and from my name Greg remembered that I had emailed a request. The handling of the test drive was nice. But what really stood out to me Was that I did not feel that I was pressured nor that I was treated differently for being a female. The history of vehicle was given and additional information to help me make my decision to purchase. My servicing of the car was great. They even fixed a cracked tail light. In addition the follow up was on point.

Chris was helpful, professional, and moved at our pace to complete a satisfactory purchase. He listened and worked with us to meet our needs and was willing to meet us half way to reach a deal. A very good buying experience. Selection is key here. I walked in and after some initial Q&A, I told my salesperson that I wanted to see the Audi, the Range Rover and the Mercedes. He said "put on your coat and let's go take a walk." Within 15 minutes, I was looking over my selections. I chose two to take on a test drive and an hour or so later, drove off in my "new" Audi - a 2013 model with 18,000 miles. From what I can tell, all their stock of automobiles are equipped as one would expect from a luxury car. Everyone was friendly and the buying experience was certainly low stress. They have some incredible cars on the showroom floor, and while this is an upscale dealership, there is not a hint of "snootiness" among the sales folk, managers and others with whom I came in contact. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a luxury import.
