We had a great experience with Brenda.

We had a great experience with Brenda...she got us in very quickly as our warranty was expiring the week my A/C went out.

The price was right and the service was excellent.

Did not add the windshield washer fluid again.

Did not add the windshield washer fluid again. I asked them not to forget because they forgot last time. Other than that everything was good.

Had the best buying experience here at days. They were extremely patient and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Adam and Carson answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. If you go to days used ask for them!

i trusted the person i was dealing with mistake!!!

there service center charges for stuff they dont perform! not honest im tired of the crap service and product us consumers get stuck paying for!!! un acceptable!!!

Avoid this dealership - they will scam you

Drove over 3 hours to see a vehicle just to find out it was sold. I was communicating with Bill Wallace throughout my interactions and not once did he mention this and instead chose to waste my time. A simple text or phone call would have been sufficient but he and his team found the entire situation to be funny. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and does not respect its customers, and is very racist towards people of color. I have never encountered such disgusting behavior by people who claim to work at an equitable dealer. Please take your business elsewhere as this is not the place to buy or service a car. This is a shameful dealership with racist employees and despicable treatment! *Update: Spoke with the manager and he made several false promises about finding a comparable vehicle for me. He never returned my calls and was very dismissive throughout the entire process. Do not recommend buying from here at all! Avoid this dealership!
