We were in the market for a new car , and decided on the Honda CRV Hybrid. Gilbert Jimenez was the first salesman to approach us. He let us look at the various models, answered all our questions and let us test drive two different models. No pressure! It was the best car buying experience we’ve had.

Lennin and Mario are top tier staff for Honda. Both are knowledgeable of the brand and effective with their customer service. They made the experience a conversation, as I knew them my whole life. A great way to handle customers in an environment of doubt, and fickleness. Thanks for making the purchase a breeze. I bought the Honda CRV- Hybrid Sport L (new).

I had a really good experience at Auto Nation Honda

I had a really good experience at Auto Nation Honda Valencia. I never felt pressured he was great!! He asked me what I was looking for and helped me figure out the car I wanted that would meet my needs. What was great was I found the exact color of the car I wanted and it?s easy access to the trunk with a push of a button was what made it a successful purchase!!

I am very happy with my previously owned Honda!

I am very happy with my previously owned Honda! Isenia was very helpful with the initial write-up of the paper work. I called her with a question the next day and she never returned my call. I told my son about it and he left a text with her and she did not reply. I'm 82 years and I'm thinking that my age and the fact that I paid cash for the car, I no longer mattered. Mario who was the finance manager was very kind and professional. He asked his supervisor to make sure that all of them paper work was okay. I don't remember his name, but as soon as I told him that I did not want the extended warranty, he was rude and had an attitude. I told him he had a bad attitude, and he got up and walked out of the room. That left a lasting impression. His rudeness and Izenia not responding to my call and my son's text is something I will not forget!

My Service Advisor, Brandon, was very cordial and prompt in processing my vehicle for service. I was thinking it would take some time and cost a fortune. However, in the end, Brandon came back in hardly no time at all to report that service was completed. I was satisfied with the results and appreciate the professional and friendly service offered at this dealership.
