AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road

Thorton Rd. Toyota has service our 4runner from the time we purchased the vehicle ten years ago until the service yesterday 2/15/23. The service techs I've worked have been informed and straight forwarded concerning the work necessary at the time. We've maintained the truck over the years to avoid purchasing another one. This is 4runner number 5/6.

Very good customer service. Mr. Anthony makes you feel very welcome, and takes the time to explain you what kind d of job will be done, and all the recommendations for what would be good to do.. Job it was done in a very timely manner.

It went really well. The service was fast. My baby had a clean environment to wait in in the waiting area. Other customers as well were pleasant.

The service dept appointment started out as my worst customer service experience with your business. I was assigned to a service person named Richard. He was very RUDE to me I stsrted yelling I need a manager. I had an appointment for service that was different from the work order. He berarted me because I couldn't tell him the name of the employee from your business that called me and that I didn't want or required was he had in writing. I advised him that I would take my keys and Leave. He said "Then LEAVE' I had stopped coming to the Thornton Road location because when I had previously appontments I would wait for hours before they got to my car so after I receivedthe call from them I said I would give them another chance. Richard needs to removed from working with customers. He isn't cusotomer friendly. The Service Manager Sam came to my rescue and assisted me with my needs and provided me with a follow-up service appointment and introduced me to Anthony who with assist me in the future. Thank you Sam!!!

I have been a customer for over a year. Booking appointments can be a challenge at times. The service rep that assisted me on my last service appointment was Jay. He was professional, reviewed the costs involved with my service before the work was done, and had my car completed when promised.
