Overall my family had a good experience today as were purchased a car. We had an issue with the finance policy. But we were able to work it out. The employees were courteous and professional.

I had a last minute change that put me an hour ahead of our scheduled appointment. He told me to come on in, even though he had another client. He greeted me and got me started. He had Andre Heron step in to help out. This young man worked with me like I was his client. Tony checked in on our progress in between working with his other client. You may be thinking that it was nothing special and that’s what should’ve happened. The reality is that these days, what should happen and what actually transpires are not the same! I have to shout get out Andre for his patience with me. I probably looked at 5 different cars! He ran numbers on at least 3 of them. In the end, I wound up going with the first vehicle that he recommend. Tony took care of me like I was family. I went in after work and dinner time rolled around. He made sure that I was good as far as the deal goes but he also made sure that I was good period. Did I mention that he is thoughtful and caring? He showed me that he cared about me and not just the deal. He listened to my likes and needs and made sure that both were met. I’m happy with my car and the note!
