Henry Quezada has been a pleasure to work with in keeping my Porsche Taycan GTS in top condition during the past four years. I recently had a problem with the PCM system. Henry solved the problem by arranging a reboot of the system. He also arranged a loaner vehicle. I look forward to excellent service in dealing with Henry Quezada in the future.

During my four years of having my Taycan GTS serviced at Porsche of Riverside where I first purchased the vehicle, I have enjoyed the excellent experience and attention to detail provided by Henry Quezada. Henry has always provided accurate information and timely updates during the service, in addition to arranging for a loaner vehicle when necessary. Henry has arranged for some in-depth consultations with Porsche specialists concerning setup and use of the PCM when necessary. It is always a pleasure to work with Henry and to know that my car is getting excellent service.

Repairs on your vehicle aren't a pleasure, but Henry Quezada always makes the repairs a pleasurable experience. I'm happy that I have an expert team taking care of my vehicle. In, out, problem fixed expeditiously and hassle-free. I strongly recommend this outstanding human.

This is my second leased cayenne at Porsche of Riverside. This deal wouldn’t have been possible without the intervention of David Piedra. His extreme professionalism and courteous demeanor were the main reason I walked away with my new vehicle.

I’ve leased a few Porsches from nearby dealers but this was my first and last from Porsche Riverside. Jeremy and his sales team will tell you anything to make themselves money. They will tell you a car has Stargard installed and it’s $1495 and mandatory, only to find out the next day it never had a stargard system installed. Was told all tires replaced, the three weeks after buying find out rear tires were worn and 6 years old. Car broke a month after leasing from them, it’s been in the shop a month. Asked them to put me in a different lease and they refused, said call Porsche and deal with them. Lots of lies and poor customer service all around, many other dealers in the area that care about the customer, these guys clearly do not and could care less about the customers safety putting them on the road with these tires they should be ashamed
