Henry Quezada has been a pleasure to work with in keeping my Porsche Taycan GTS in top condition during the past four years. I recently had a problem with the PCM system. During my four years of having my Taycan GTS serviced at Porsche of Riverside where I first purchased the vehicle, I have enjoyed the excellent experience and attention to detail provided by Henry Quezada. I’ve leased a few Porsches from nearby dealers but this was my first and last from Porsche Riverside. Jeremy and his sales team will tell you anything to make themselves money. They will tell you a car has Stargard installed and it’s $1495 and mandatory, only to find out the next day it never had a stargard system installed. Was told all tires replaced, the three weeks after buying find out rear tires were worn and 6 years old. Car broke a month after leasing from them, it’s been in the shop a month. Asked them to put me in a different lease and they refused, said call Porsche and deal with them. Lots of lies and poor customer service all around, many other dealers in the area that care about the customer, these guys clearly do not and could care less about the customers safety putting them on the road with these tires they should be ashamed
