I’ve leased a few Porsches from nearby dealers but this was my first and last from Porsche Riverside. Jeremy and his sales team will tell you anything to make themselves money. They will tell you a car has Stargard installed and it’s $1495 and mandatory, only to find out the next day it never had a stargard system installed. Was told all tires replaced, the three weeks after buying find out rear tires were worn and 6 years old. Car broke a month after leasing from them, it’s been in the shop a month. Asked them to put me in a different lease and they refused, said call Porsche and deal with them. Lots of lies and poor customer service all around, many other dealers in the area that care about the customer, these guys clearly do not and could care less about the customers safety putting them on the road with these tires they should be ashamed

Our service advisor was William Barbaro, extremely friendly and professional. Everyone at this dealership is very courteous. I appreciate the fact that I can obtain a loaner vehicle in order for me to run my errands and this doesn't interrupt my schedule. The waiting area is always clean with tons of snacks available to the customers, (love the Welchs grape juice). We love the video that is taken during the inspection and then sent to us to view, very thorough.

I had a good experience with the service team at Porsche Riverside. My Panamera had a complicated suspension issue, but Service Manager Dan Tow stepped in to ensure the situation was handled fairly. My service advisor, William Barbaro, acted professionally and helped make the whole process seamless. They showed a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.

William is always so helpful. During this service, he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle received the proper care and attention. He reached out to another company to assist me in getting the proper repair on my side panels. Thank you for taking the time to make sure I would get the correct information and service.
