The agents were friendly but I didn’t like how they took
The agents were friendly but I didn’t like how they took my car to the back before I could see how my tire was damaged. They could easily say it’s not able to be salvaged. I would have liked to see proof of that before they took the car.

They were going to charge me $600 for parts and service

Absolutely poor service they did nothing work in my car,
Absolutely poor service they did nothing work in my car, after 4 hours I pick it up, the way back I noticed an emergency light in the dashboard because “nothing of oil” in resume they make me lost money because I couldn’t attend properly my job

The Service Center and Waiting Room are tops. Just add a few magazines to read. Anthony Sullivan is my go to Service Advisor !! He is professional, courteous and explains services preformed in detail. He cares about his customers and treats them well.

I had Appointment with Simon he was nowhere to be found.
I had Appointment with Simon he was nowhere to be found. The service manager had to get someone ro help me after 20mins later. Will not book a appointment with him again or Reagan.
