called about vehicle listed on cars.com, owner was rude and belligerent when i was asking basic questions about the vehicle that were not covered in the description, refused to send me any additional pictures, then hung up on me when i asked if he had the title in hand or he was still waiting for it to be delivered.

No response at all , sent more than one message . The only contact so far has been cars.com asking me how my experience with them has been .

I tried my best to buy a car from Avi Auto Sales Inc in Magnolia NJ. I live in Massachusetts and was willing to drive down and pay CASH at their advertised price. They flatly refused to sell me the car unless I paid another $1,000+ for LoJack (unnecessary, because the car comes from the factory with a GPS locator) and other hidden fees and buls#it charges. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!

Never responded to my request for information about their vehicle listed for sale. Oh well!

Walked into the show room with wife looking to buy a 2020 QX60. Only 2 guys in the room; one on the phone, other on a laptop. Thohght maybe I was in the shop not the sales area. Stood there for a minute or 2, finally guy on laptop looks up says, "Can I help you?" Told him why we were there. Didn't get up to shake hands or intro himself. Just said, "We have several, go take a look & see if there's anything you like." Went back to whatever he was doing on his computer screen. Seemed like they couldn't care less if we bought or not. We walked out, got in our car & left. Bought a 2020 QC60 later that day at a PROFESSIONAL car dealer, even tho we actually preferred one we'd 'seen' at Avi.

Avi Auto Sales Inc. is my primary choice for buying a used car from now on and I am willing to travel to their dealership in Magnolia, NJ for 5+ hours from Upstate New York for my next car. They have an impressive selection if fine automobiles however, it is a rare kind of dedication to customer’s satisfaction that impressed me most. They spend hours on a Sunday afternoon trying to get my disabled car back on the road. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them on an Old-Fashioned Handshake!
