Purchase of new Toyota Prius Prime
Mr. Don Davis actually followed up with me after I had made a trip into Riverside to have my 2006 Prius check for a number of lights lit up on my dash. After evaluating the cost of the repair to our 2006 Prius with 280,000 miles, I said what the heck let me give Mr. Davis a text back and just explore my options. Mr. Davis was VERY Professional, Courteous, and Prompt. We met up with Mr. Davis and he was actually able to track down a specific model that we were seeking. In two days, we were driving off the lot in our new 18 Prius Prime after having a GREAT purchasing experience.

Oil change and battery connection
I had my 4Runner’s oil change as well has having my battery corrected. The ground on the battery split and the battery was not stable. The fixed the connection and stabilized the battery from moving. My experience was pleasant.

Quick and simple
I had an appointment and they took my car straight back and Shay Wynn took care of me. I was through in less than 45 minutes and already had an appointment for next time! Shay was awesome

routine maintenance
Appointment was scheduled, maintenance performed, good experience. Noisy children in customer waiting area was my only complaint. A child friendly room was available for parents and children so dealership not truly responsible for my issue
