Toyota's service department is A plus. My Camry is a 2009 purchased new there. I have never had a bad service experience there. Shay is the best service manager around. She is always efficient, polite, and treats me like family. All the maintenance on my car has kept it running smoothly and I hope to drive it many more miles.I also like the new policy of appointments. Fast service, in and out in no time. I trust this dealership and will trade there when needed.

Fast, Friendly Service
Shay does a great job. She is always friendly helpful, and has a smile on her face. I have been getting my Tundra’s serviced there for years, and will continue to do so. I average 8-9 visits per year.

they done a very good job servicing my car. They changed the oil and checked the filters and rotated the tires . I feel like they done a very good job and they are always very pleasant.

Very pleased with level of professionalism. Friendly, polite, informed staff. They performed the service promptly, didn’t have to wait longer than expected, in fact it was quicker than I thought it would be.

Mrs Wynn was very helpful and even made me another appointment. My truck was left very clean and I appreciate that kind of service. I enjoyed the popcorn also.

Excellent service at Riverside Toyota. They do a thorough job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They do a good job explaining what was done to your vehicle and set you up for your next visit. Always excellent to work with.

Purchased 2012 Twcoma quicky and easily
I found a 2012 Tacoma online. I filled out the info for a follow-up and headed to Riverside. Danielle called me just as I arrived. I was quickly given the keys for a test drive and I was hooked on the truck. Completijg the rest of the purchase was simple. Danielle was helpful and cared about my needs.

Lied to many times. Manager did not show like he said
Previous service told no appointments. Every time we went we were told a different day was better. This last visit went hour before closing and employees were going home with no cars in service, could not find anyone and when did was told appointment only and everyone was sent e-mail and post card. Family bout 7 cars last year and nobody was notified! I called and was told appointments were only to guarantee a 45 min wait but did take walk ins. When contacted manager he said there was nobody there by the name she gave me ( same as my sister so I made no mistake. Told him time of appointment at 1:30 and he said he wanted and would be there. When arrived at 1:30, was told it was supposed to be 3:30. I had written it down when I set it and of course as I expected, no manager! Have neighbors who take their vehicle to different dealership because of many problems with their service. As I talk to people I did that to be pretty consistent with their service dept along with their rudeness. Would rate service at zero if I could, because I did not want anybody to think I missed doing it but they do not even deserve a 1.

Friendly Staff
Since moving to Rome GA I have used this Toyota dealership and have always had a good experience. They recently changed to by appointment only and I wasn’t able to get in for two days for service. With the hours I work I’m never sure when I will be able to take my truck by so I’m not sure I like the set up. I’ll give it some time before I make my final decision. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to my friends.
