Another trip to Jim Click

Car was vibrating. Jim Peterson and his people figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Like always. Got some reading done and had your tuna salad for lunch. Took a while, but that's never a problem because you give me a supply of coffee and a quiet place to read. And good tuna fish! Fast wonderful service

I am extremely please with my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I had purchased Maintenance for Life and every time I have the car serviced, the service adviser promptly gets my car in the queue, gives me periodic updates while I wait, and is always courteous and helpful. I recently took my car in for a power steering recall and the process only took 55 minutes. Needless to say, I was very pleased in the quick service.

good sales ... bad mechanics...

Well it was a good experience in sales and all.... but we have had a couple of things come up 1.rge sales man said your mechanic went threw the truck and said everything worked ( cruise control did not work ) but was repaired fast 2.. oppon further inspection found the transmission leaking. . Also in less than a week the battery's have failed ... My son has the truck in Florida and has no way of getting it here in the 90 days to get it fixed can you please help with this matter otherwise i wouldn't recommend you to anyone and would go on the bbb giving you a bad reviews and all over Facebook

60K mile service on my 03 Mustang... Completed on time, for less than the predicted price.. and everything works great... can't do much better than that.. Gold stars to Jim Peterson and the technician, Joe LOckerman..
