Best experience ever purchasing new vehicles

Jim Click Ford and all the staff have got to be the most personable and friendly people we have ever dealt with when buying new vehicles. Our F250 4x4 is the 2nd new truck we have purchased from Jim Click Ford in the last 11 months. The 1st was F150 4x4. We are very pleased with our trucks. Our salesman and finance person were absolutely wonderful. We couldn't ask for better service.

Good service

It was easy to make the appointment and we were seen quickly. After receiving a call that the vehicle was ready we arrived an hour later but the car was not ready for about 10 more minutes because the recall transmission computer update was not complete. We should not have been called until the car was ready.

Norman

I have a 2010 Lincoln MKZ that was in for an oil change & flush of the injectors. Chris Schrell did her usual efficient job of scheduling & delivering my vehicle as promised & I really appreciate her effort. My only question is the billing, as received, is almost unintelligible with all the additions & subtractions. I believe the bill, at least the one I receive, should be very understandable to the customer.

Fabulous People

The people at Jim Click Ford are very nice! They got my car in, quickly. They called me when it was ready. They even washed it!

Very Friendly Staff

The staff at Jim Click were excellent when it came to tinting the windows of my vehicle. The staff inside were very friendly, the shuttle driver was pleasant, and the tint job seems to be great. Very good job all around.

Amazing sales people, great service!!!

Sandy was an amazing salesperson, he found me exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I love my Ford Escape. I have been buying my vehicles from Jim Click for the last 12 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
