They will return your car with problems it did not have
I took my car for an air bag replacement recall and got it back with the audio and bluetooth system not working.Took it back and the clerk was very rude and they did not took any responsibility. I ended paying more than 200$.They were very rude and did not listen to my requests and never gave me a cause of the issue. I will pass this information to my peer group and known people.

VERY PROFESSIONAL
After I put out a request for information on a new Ford Taurus on the internet, I was contacted by Auto Nation with info on two new cars available for sale. I contacted the internet sales manager and told him what I was looking to buy. He provided information on a vehicle that matched what I needed.. When I went over to look at the car and did a test drive it was what I wanted so we worked out a deal and I purchased the vehicle. and was very pleased with the friendly people who helped me buy the car.

Recall / Oil Change and Tire Rotation
Failed on every aspect of my service. Told me they couldn?t perform recall on my 2011 F150 but after sending a complaint email it turns out the can do the recall. This required two trips. Managed to get a loaner car and was told my truck would be ready by 7pm the same day. I told them I may or may not make a THIRD trip back. Next morning find out nothing was done on the previous day and truck would be ready at 3pm. Looking for a new dealership to service my truck as I don?t have any confidence left in Autonation Ford

Purchase of new 2019 Ford Ranger Pick Up
The purchase of my new 2019 Ford Ranger was the easiest vehicle purchase I ever made. Mr. Sam Hoehne went above and beyond to help me with my New 2019 Ford Ranger. He found me the exact kind of pickup truck I wanted and kept in constant contact with me on the status of my New Pick Up arrival. He made sure I got all the new "ADD-ONS" for my new pick up. He let me know when each was done. He answered all the tons of questions I asked him and was extremely cheerful. Sam showed me lots of how to do items. Mr. Steve Medsger also helped me with answers to many questions and showed me how to work items in the new truck. Both of these 2 men made everything so easy for me. Both of these two men were eager to help me right away, I didn't even have to wait .
